How to Claim Your Free Gift

1. Find your appliance Click "Leave My Review" and search by model number (e.g., "FFSGS6187-30"). You'll find it on the rating plate or your receipt. Bought from a dealer or Home Depot? You're eligible too — use your serial number.

2. Share your honest experience Write your review and attach at least one photo of your Forno appliance in your kitchen. Good, bad, or in between — we reward honesty, not flattery.

3. Tell us the name to engrave Fill in the short claim form right below: your shipping address and the name you want on your blades (up to 12 characters). No screenshots. No emails. Once verified, your set is engraved and shipped within 5 business days.

TERMS AND CONDTIONS

By participating in the Forno Review Rewards program, you agree to the following:

✦ Eligibility:  Open to Canadian residents who own a Forno major appliance (ranges, range hoods, wall ovens, cooktops, refrigeration, dishwashers, microwaves, wine coolers). Accessories, parts, and replacement components do not qualify.

✦ Review requirements: Reviews must include at least one original photo of your Forno appliance and be submitted through the review widget on this page using the correct model or serial number.

✦ Honest reviews only: Reviews must reflect your genuine opinion and experience. A positive rating is not required to receive the gift.

✦ Content usage: By submitting a photo or video with your review, you grant Forno Appliances a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your review content on our website, social media, and advertising. Your full last name will never be displayed.

✦ Engraving: Engraved names are limited to 12 characters, letters and spaces only. Forno reserves the right to decline engraving requests containing offensive or trademarked content. Engraved sets are final and cannot be exchanged.

✦ Limit: One gift per household, while supplies last. Forno reserves the right to verify submissions and substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value.

✦ Fulfillment: Gifts are engraved to order and dispatched within 5 business days of verification, with free shipping across Canada (typically 5–7 business days in transit). Gifts are not redeemable for cash.

✦ Forno Appliances reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this program at any time and to disqualify submissions that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms.
