The 48 Inch Forno Galiano Gas Range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. The cooking surface has 8 sealed burners with a total output of 107,000 BTU, which one is a 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner that can simmer at 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast iron grates ensure stability on the enamel surface. The main oven of 4.32 Cu.Ft has a convection fan with 30,000 BTU Total Broil and Bake output. The secondary oven has a capacity of 2.26 Cu.Ft. with a 14,000 BTU Bake output. Both ovens have an impressive enamel interiors allowing for easy cleaning and 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view.
