Cooking Surface has 5 sealed burners with a total output of 68,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 4.32 cu. ft. electric oven with a total output of 4,800 Watts is encased in a black enamel interior fitted with an true convection fan ensures to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window.
