Do I need to leave a 5-star review?
No. We reward honest feedback, not positive feedback. Your rating has no effect on whether you get the gift.
Which products qualify?
All Forno major appliances — ranges, range hoods, wall ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, wine coolers. Accessories and replacement parts don't qualify.
I bought my Forno from a dealer or Home Depot. Am I eligible?
Yes. Any Forno owner in the US or Canada qualifies. Use the serial number from the rating plate instead of an order number.
What can I have engraved?
Up to 12 characters — a first name, a family name, or initials. All six handles carry the same name on one side, with the FORNO logo on the opposite side.
When will it arrive?
We verify within 2 business days. Each set is engraved to order, so allow 5 business days for engraving and dispatch, then 5–7 in transit. Shipping is free across the US and Canada.
How do I care for the knives?
Hand wash in mild soapy water and dry. Skip the dishwasher — the detergent can cause oxidation or discoloration. The micro-serrated edge never needs sharpening.
Can I claim more than one set?
One gift per household, while supplies last.
Why is my review identified as incentivized?
Because Forno offered a gift for writing it. The disclosure gives other shoppers the full context. It doesn't make your review count for less, and your rating does not affect gift eligibility.
Terms and conditions
By taking part in the Forno Review Rewards program, you agree to the following:
- Eligibility. Open to residents of the United States and Canada who own a Forno major appliance (ranges, range hoods, wall ovens, cooktops, refrigeration, dishwashers, microwaves, wine coolers). Accessories, parts and replacement components don't qualify.
- Review requirements. Reviews must include at least one original photo of your Forno appliance and be submitted through the review form on this page using the correct model or serial number.
- Honest reviews only. Reviews must reflect your genuine opinion and experience. A positive rating is not required to receive the gift.
- Disclosure. Reviews submitted through this program are flagged as incentivized and must be visibly identified as such wherever displayed. If you later review the Forno Cutlery Collection knife set itself, that separate review must also disclose that the product was received free.
- Content usage. By submitting a photo or video with your review, you grant Forno Appliances a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to feature your review content on our website, social media and advertising. Your full last name is never displayed.
- Engraving. The requested name appears on one side of each knife handle and the FORNO logo appears on the other. Names are limited to 12 characters, letters and spaces only. Forno may decline engraving requests containing offensive or trademarked content. Engraved sets are final and can't be exchanged.
- Limit. One gift per household, while supplies last. Forno may verify submissions and substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value.
- Fulfilment. Gifts are engraved to order and dispatched within 5 business days of verification, with free shipping across the United States and Canada (typically 5–7 business days in transit). Gifts aren't redeemable for cash.
- Programme changes. Forno Appliances may modify, suspend or end this programme at any time, and may disqualify submissions that appear fraudulent, duplicated or in breach of these terms.
